How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere wasn't anyone onsite to help with my return. Everything was done through the app. A couple of days later, I was sent a bill after a representative told me that morning that there would not be any money due upon my return. The lack of an onsite rep to help, is not ideal.
Deon EThe cargo trailer was just the perfect size. The staff person was very helpful and knowledgeable and renting was very easy. The representatives at the 1-800 number were very helpful in helping me get another drop-off location. Overall, a very positive rental experience.
Morgan RThey did the remote pick up but didn’t set it up systematically.
