U haul trained staff was not available when I gave the truck keys to a clerk at this multi business location. I was told the u haul would check in the equipment when they get back. I also so dropped of a 5 x 8 trailer and they failed to check it in. I was contacted by u haul asking where the trailer was. I told the person I dropped it off and u haul would go look for it. would be
