The owner is the rudest, most condescending person I ever encountered. He is in a shut down hardware store, with no lights on, sitting on his stool. No help at all. His.linevwas "Either fill it out or you can't have the trailer. All I do is fill in the blanks on this computer", which he promptly shoved across the counter to me. All this even though it wasn't my issue. He is an embarrassment to your brand.
