The right tire was worn down to the cable, and I didn’t see it until I was at my destination (Winston Salem). I called and the lady was helpful, BUT had it blown in transit I would have been in BIG trouble. Already was loading so couldn’t switch it out. Really, U Haul needs to inspect trailers prior to renting. This tire was more than bald on the outside shoulder. If it had not been for this, I would have given 5 stars.

Doug KFix your equipment and do not give someone a faulty trailer that fights back when trying to remove it from the hitch or takes 20 minutes of hard work just to get that trailer to go down on the ball let alone trying to get it to go up
