Geographically can find closer locations. This one had shorter hours, closes early. Online, very little presence. Search engines sometimes fail to mark it as uhaul. Looking at it on maps or satelitte, not very reassuring that it is the correct place to stop.

This was a really nice location other than my paperwork had us dropping off at Blue Sky Storage 1/2 mile away. They at least had dollies, pads, boxes, etc. Not that we needed any of that on the return. Man was very nice to deal with.
Robert S.We were bitten a lot by fire ants that seemed to have taken over the truck. We are not sure where specifically they were coming for but they were on the window shield and everything. It was a very uncomfortable ride.
Lyndsey N.They were supposed to open at 8:30. Arrived at 8:15 by 9:15 no one showed
fred L.First off, I went to the location I was emailed and wound up having to drive to another. So, that wasn't great. Very small and out-of-the-way operation, so I did not expect much to begin with... and yet I was still underwhelmed. The guy that worked there was with another customer, yet did not acknowledge me at all. I stood 15 feet from him, he walked right by me, and did not say hello, I'll be right with you, nothing at all. Did not even make eye contact with me. Kinda weird and anti-social. A simple 'Hi, I'll be right with you' takes 2 seconds and goes a long way. The printer might be from the late 1990s because it took about 5 mins to print out 4 pages. The wiring harness on the trailer was broken (left turn lights wouldn't flash) and I had to fix it myself. The guy just walked away while I was working on it and did not return. Did I mention that he's a bit of a weirdo? Because he's a bit of a weirdo. Honestly, it was the worst experience I've ever had with U-Haul. I kinda felt bad for the guy but he needs to learn to at least be somewhat personable. There was also a tube television in the lobby. Perhaps this 'store' could double as a technology museum.
