I ordered a utility dolly and 1 dozen blankets. The truck was not equipped with the items. It was an 8 hr move rather than 4-6Christin H.
Very unhappy with the fact that we rented the uhaul for 72 hours and with a time change, we were charged an additional day when it fact, we returned the unit early! We lived in Central Time Zone and return truck in Eastern Time Zone which is an hour head, so we got charged for 71 hour rented instead of 72 hour rental! Not happy and would love a refund of the day charge!Jennifer B.

Your website says that the price for large boxes is $1.67. When I pointed this out to him, he assured me that I was mistaken. I had just been to the uhaul in minneola and paid $1.67 per box. He charged me $3.00 for his large boxes. I used the uhaul from 2:45pm until 4:45 pm, and I was charged a $20.00 after hours fee. Greedy, greedy ma.Denise B.

This was the most broken down looking trailer I have ever seen. Looked like it had been sitting in the junkyard for a year. It was also very old and worn out looking inside. The walls were very dirty and dingy and lots of our furniture got really dirty. The owner of this facility was very nice. He knew his job and was friendly and professional. Its not his fault that some of the equipment you have in circulation is very bad like this. Theres only so much he can do when clunkers pass thru.Chris B.

I was overcharged an extra day after contacting customer service to extend my rental. I have been treated extremely poorly by your customer service department. I have been hung up on several times after requesting to speak to a supervisor. Transferred around and spent a cumulative amount of time of over an hour on hold. Then told I would receive a call back from a manager within 72 hours. It's been well over that 72 hours with no call back. I feel like your company should be ashamed with how they have handled this matter. I do not intend to, nor recommend people use your services in the future. I would instead pay the little extra to use home depot or budget. I intend to post my experience on social media websites (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc) as well.Christopher M.
