I made my reservation through my neighborhood uhaul rental on hyw 51 south Grenada. The place I had to return to was difficult to find. It was in a bad location, very hard to negotiate the tiny crowded drop/return area. I dare not call it a 'drop off lot'. Please don't do that again. I do not value that type treatment. I do still value u-haul.
