Uhaul charged me more than the Initial truck rental price I was given. The additional equipment (2 dollys and blankets) were not in the truck upon pickup. Had to drive to another location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe shop wasn't open during it's posted hours. When I called Uhaul in Phoenix the servers lady was condescending and impatient. The lady who finaly arrived to open the shop was rude and flipent. I missed a doctor's appointment due to the 15 minute delay.
