Inside the vehicle was clearn. Outside was quite dirty but not unexpected given the weather lately here in MI.
David DWorkers were nice at first but then very very unprofessional and rude. When I returned the equipment I simply asked if they'd like me to bring in the dolly and they said that's up to you all snobby and then I said I will, so I went to grab it and when I came back they had the doors locked and light off. It was 5:40. They close at 6
RYAN AI used the car hauler it worked great, but I would be nice if there were more available in my area. Other than that I had no problems
JOHNATHAN BI understand it was not uhauls fault. However I was told I would have a vehicle at a certain time, when I arrived there was no vehicle. Told to come back in 45 minutes still no vehicle. Waited about another 40 minutes so was over two hours later. Was told that the rate would be discounted and was not. Went to drop the vehicle off at designated location and was told they no longer deal with UHaul and I had to go to the drop off location in houghton lake. The vehicle was great and met our needs, the people were pleasent other than those at ace hardware in houghton lake. however there was no discount for the issues and the delay in picking up the truck as promised.
