Daniel E.Got rerouted to drop off here even though I was never contacted or asked to. 14 miles out of my way. Had a dropoff selected that was only a mile away but apparently U-Haul deemed it necessary to reroute it all the way across the city. Then the people there didn't want it and said they didn't have room for it. As lifelong customers...this may very well be the last time we use U-Haul.
