applying and picking up the truck was quick an easy, staff was great, an Thing i didn't know is that u can buy insurance from u-haul " i personally carry full coverage, but insurance was available if i didn't, i only went a few miles so it cost me less then $35 dollars to get my stuff moved! highly recommended

First of all I wouldn't park the trucks in grass and mud while it is raining... had to call customer service which the lady was super nice but the district manager kinda rude but helpful with having a tow truck tow our truck out of the mud which was stuck and we couldn't pick up our truck at 7 AM instead we had had to pick it up at 9 AM because of that... on the website it should show options for in town contracts and not cuz with this being my first tine using uHaul I didn't know there was a difference and thought I could drop my truck off at any location when I called customer service again that same night spoke with a very nice lady who told me to call back tomorrow at 7 when I called and spoke with someone they said they would wave my fee since I didn't know I had to drive my truck back to the same location I picked it up from then when I drop my truck off I call customer service again because they ended up charging me anyway she barely let me even finish my sentence saying that's a lie and what the other customer service rep meant was the 39.95 fee for another day... she was very rude....wouldn't recommend talking to her... overall I'm about 95%sure I would/will not use uHaul again nor will I recommend it to anyone.... thank you
Had computer system issues and although the lady was very helpful, she was new to system and was struggling with figuring it out. After checking in online to speed up my transaction, I was still delayed by over an hour dealing with these issues.
