They excepted us to somehow 180 reverse the van while connected to the trailer into the smallest parking lot known to man, someone please Google maps it and tell me how I was supposed to do that? Wasted an extra 40 minutes trying to explain to this lady who was of absolute NO HELP that I do not know how to back up a trailer in such a small space and detach the trailer just for her to finally call her boss and be told its fine. Waste of my time. Never send people to this lot ever.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkService rep was not on site when I arrived for my reservation. Office was closed and I had to call the location number several times before he answered. Then had to wait about 10 minutes for him to show up so I could pick up the rental.
ANDres RThe first trailer was at a gas station where the only person who knew how to rent a uhaul was off at 2. The second trailer was on some D rate used car lot. The chains were wrong, the hooks were wrong. Someone on the phone sent me a link to send a selfie and a pic of my id. Absolute shit
