Location is unmanned so everything has to be done on the App, not the best approach. Had a problem with truck size when I went to pick-up. Called U-haul 800 # on day before pick-up to confirm availability of 15 foot truck. Was assured available but only 20 foot was all available when I went to pick up.

Patricia PThe people were friendly but something came up I had a question for a short time after leaving and they never returned my call. Kind of like "we got his money so forget him"
