My assigned truck was blocked in by other Uhaul trucks. I could not have gotten my truck if the place wasn't already open. Also, the tank was not full when I picked it up but when I returned the truck he told me I needed to fill it up, so I ended up paying for more gas than I used.

This was my scheduled drop off location, the owner told me he didnt have room for my trailer and asked me to drop at another provider 10 min up the road. That location was closed… Turns out he had plenty of room on his lot and just didn’t want to deal with the paperwork involved with a drop off at 5:45pm….Thanks to after hours drop off using the app… the trailer was dropped off at its scheduled location.
Shane Ado a walk around with the customer. I did my own and had to bring them outside to show them multiple dents and scratches that had not been stickered.
Kirk CThe facility opened at 8am but they did not get there until 8:15 am. Not terribly late, but I had guys arriving at 9 am, and barely beat them back with the trailer.
Thomas FTrailer tires were out of balance and the trailer and truck had a terrible vibration for the whole trip (4.5 hrs). No one other than the local office seemed to show any concern. When I dropped off, the rep could have cared less and didn’t want to even talk about it.
