The fuel tank was compromised and it took a day and a half to acquire repairs which resulted in extended hotel expenses and fuel charges for the Uhaul truck which could not hold fuel. Uhaul refused to reimburse me for said charges and charged me for returning the truck a day late. Horrible experience. Will never use or recommend Uhaul.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat customer service.
Linda FAt time of check-in stress that this is a my share truck and you don't go into the office. I waited around for the office to open not knowing that this was all digital. This was all after I checked in and uploaded my driver's license and everything. I thought that my truck share was a pop-up to another feature or company or business so I ignored it.
Mary FPick up was quick and simple.
