The poor fellow at the pickup location was alone for the whole day. Waited over an hour to pickup, no fault of his. They are severely understaffed, the owner should be ashamed they weren't helping out!!LINDA W.

Offer to give the renter a quick walk around the truck to familiarize them with the mechanisms. How the ramp works, parking brake ( I had not used a manual parking brake in decades and had to ask where the release was). So.e of us only rent a truck k every couple of decades to move a home. An extra moment of instruction should be offered.Brian H.
The Everett location was great! A bit hard to get in and out of but overall great! Having to bypass closer locations due to no equipment or no ability to rent out after 1:30pm really sucked because it left me in heavy traffic with an unladen car dolly on the highway.MATTHEW C.

My uhaul location was changed to fit the companies needs and not mine as paying customer and then weren't even flexible in allowing me to drop off at the original pick up location. They were super slow and had to make repairs just for me to even be able to see to drive the vehicle.Jarod B.

The location was fine, my issues are with U Haul policies. When I picked up my truck rental the fuel level was incorrect and I was told I needed to take a photo and send to a web site to have corrected. I would have been happier if the service rep at the location could have corrected this at the pick up location. The other thing that I was not happy with was having a hand truck and pads on the unit even though I did not want them and I had to work around them while using the truck. These two issues were disappointing. So the location was fine but the over all issues using U Haul will have me select another rental company in future needs.GARY MICHAEL W.

Communication is unbelievably bad. When I left a message for the station I was going to be be picking up the trailer, I received no reply. When I told them about it the owner informed me that they do not receive the messages and that it happens all the time and corporate was aware and had not fixed the problem. This was a major issue. I requested the trailer at 0830 and was confirmed. The day before the pickup, I was advised that it would not be available until 1200. I sent a message to the local station, no reply. I tried to call your 800 number, what a joke, 30 minute wait time. Pitiful. The trailer was in great condition and everything else was smooth. Check in was perfect, friendly staff and very quick, thank you. Your communication department needs to fix the issues of customer requests and replies to them. Reserving a trailer at 0830 and then it not being available until noon and not finding out the night before pickup? Unacceptable. You need to fix your communication problems, quickly or it will cost you customers.Stephen R.
The truck had virtually no gas (less than an 8th of a tank). It was dirty inside and obviously not cleaned. The process of getting the truck+trailer took almost 45mins. It was a very cramped space and difficult to get out of.Edward M.

I used the online rental process and missed picking up my appliance dolly. It turned out that I didn't need it, but it would be helpful to remind customers or place it in the vehicle before the customer arrives.Susan W.
It was extremely difficult to complete my reservation due to the fact that there is no transparency whatsoever with the call center nobody told me if I was paying cash that I would need to pay $60 nor did anyone say that I would need a major debit or credit card for it to go through nor did anyone tell me beforehand that I would need a driver's license / ID and passport and or lease agreement basically two forms of ID I should never have had this issue in the first place it should have been taken care of I would not recommend U-Haul to any of my family or friends it wasn't until after I contacted the CEO of U-Haul that I was able to complete my reservation for the trailerRONALD B.

Very busy store, I arrived 30 mins early and there were around 6 - 8 people in the line. When we were done with the paperwork there were 10 - 15 people in line behind us. Gal at the desk was very busy and did her job very well. Truck was smoked in and stunk. Windsheild was filthy inside and out. Cab, bed of truck and body were filthy! Did not want to side my items in bed to move them. Truck body was very dinged up. Contract said 3/4 tank gas and there was only 1/2 tank.BETTY F.
