The trailer had some running lights that weren't working and the girl that serviced my contract was told that and all I got was her signing that the running lights didn't work and no effort to fix them before I left. I had now been left in a corner and had to get a trailer. I had gone to the Pittsburgh area on about 10 days before this and asked to have a 5 x 8 trailer available which even then it was too big for my needs. I I went there the day before I was supposed to pick it up just to make sure about the arrangements and then I was told that I would be going to the 12th St. area which is another 4 miles for them to place on Pittsburgh from my home. While I was at the 12th St. store I was told by the girl at the desk at the time that my trailer would be ready for me the next day at 10 o'clock when I had originally asked for it at seven when the Pittsburgh store was going to open. They agreed to have it ready around 7 o'clock in the morning and I went home. Just as I was getting to my garage, my phone went off and Joe from 7 to 4 area code called me and said that my trailer would be available 20 miles further south of where I am and I told him that wasn't acceptable and that they were notified by a trail is available but he would give me A free day travel so I excepted that and then I called back to the 12th St. store and they told me I could pick it up that day which I did. It was a different girl who helped me hitch up the trailer, but she was overwhelmed with other customers and didn't complete things to my satisfaction. When I told her about the running lights not working I had to chase her into the store and basically asked her just to sign the contract saying that they weren't working. I was planning to travel during daylight hours.And I loaded the trailer the next day and left for my destinations in Morristown New Jersey the following morning early. Go to that I called ahead to Vitoâ€˜s service Center and spoke to the owner Vito who said that his he would be open until 430 on Friday and his hours on Saturday were 92 I told him that I could probably get there on Friday if my trip went uneventfully and it did so when I was ready to bring back the trailer on Friday I called ahead just to make sure I knew where to drop the trailer before I got there and he told me that he wasn't there and then he wasn't going to come back and I asked him if there were other places I could drop them at any other places I could drop it at and he gave me a place on route 10 in Morris Plains, but when I went there it was closed and didn't look like it had any U-Haul's there at all. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon on Friday. So the next day Saturday I brought it In on Saturday to Vito's and no one was there at 9 o'clock so I backed it in the best I could leaving it at 30Â° angle off the street on his property. He arrive there around 9:10 and told me that he I should have put it in the place where he told me to go over the day before and complain about how I backed it in. I don't think he has any idea of what good service is. All he did was complain about being overloaded with trailers.I called Joe again on Saturday a few minutes after this and confirmed that I had left the trailer and had taken pictures of it in the property on the property in front of Vito's garage.DENNIS M.

The truck that I rented wasn't very maintained or some things were overlooked at inspection of vehicle. Reason for me saying this is because the truck going down the highway at 60mph it shakes and almost felt like I was going to go off the road. And the rear tires of truck were almost bald ..JASON M.

When I rented the truck under the $19.99 deal and returned the vehicle ahead of schedule I was charged an additional $20 because I didn't drive the exact destination I projected, though the move was local. This should be explained to the customer upfront, that they will be penalized if they miscalculate their distance, even if it was under 50 miles.KENNITH S.

Clean the interior! There was soda spilled on the entire interior. Additionally, with COVID-19 being an issue, i thought the cleanliness of the vehicle was entirely unacceptable. It smelled of body odor and the dash, steering wheel, cupholders, and radio were filthy. I had to clean the entire interior with hospital grade disinfectant before I could drive the vehicle.Wesley S.
