How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe man that hooked up the tow folly was on the phone and did not check if my lights worked, did not do anything with straps and chains so I pulled over twice to keep those from dragging.
JACQUELINE SLack of extra equipment that was ordered was a problem.
Marshall BHowie was great and so helpful!
Sam BNo personnel available at that time. Not a problem for me. Easy and convenient!
