EDWARD S.I originally went to the pan American location last weekend. The trailer lights weren't working when trying to hook up. The employees insisted it was my truck wouldn't try another trailer. I took my truck to shop paid $170 for them to tell me nothing is wrong wit my truck. Went back to uhal on pan American and they didn't have anything to say,also same trailer in same spot they said that one was out of service. So my $60 rental was over $200 .the Englewood location was great the service was good and would say stay away from pan American waste of your time.
