That location is ok. But I am supposed to be pickup closer to my house but 4pm they call me send me Baltimore this one far for my house. I suppose to be pickup 4pm but I pickup late I can't move my all items . That why I am still moving my items in my car. This is my first time but very bed experience. Customer service team talk me to give me credit 50$ by Monday. But still no show.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkGreat location with very helpful staff.
DEREK GVery respectful and got me in and on my way.
KENNETH CGood service. Excellent customer follow-up on appointments and during rental
OLIVIER NI have rented trailers from U Haul numerous times and never have I been told that I would have to pay 20 dollars to have the trailer hooked up to my vehicle. The legal ramifications of a customer hooking up a trailer is grounds for a lawsuit. I am a 66 year old man with back pain. Do you really expect me to lift a trailer onto a hitch by myself? S.
