For the shop to actually be open the hours at States it's going to be opened myself and other people were waiting outside the door by the time the man finally showed up multiple hours late

There's no sign, there's no help on google, representative at the store didn't answer the phone, no one at the pick up location knew what to do or where to go either. The entire experience was very frustrating and irritating.

jonathan F.Didn't feel right leaving equipment unattended. Someone could have taken it after we turned it in and it would have been on us. There was no lockup area, locks, cameras anything. I called to turn it in so I wouldn't be held liable
