If they reserve a peice of equipment from you. 2 months in advance they should have it there or tell you a reservation is no guarantee that you will get it. Your workers lack leadership and training. I know because In my business we have meeting to see how we can do things better.
john pThe trailer was road worthy but the physical damages were many including holes in the roof
richard mStaff was very accommodating to my needs. I have used this location on many occasions and they are always pleasant and very respectful. Usually I get checked in and out in 5 minutes with no issues. Prices are reasonable and holds are charges do not linger for days. I have never had any problems with rentals. I am very pleased with the service that I received in the past and also with present rental. I would like to say thank you on a job well done.
