Easy process to reserve a trailer and pick up. Maybe a little better communication up front on how the whole process works. Seems like we had to learn as we went but, all in all, it was a decent experience. Would rent again.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThey had the truck and trailer hooked up and ready to go. The only negative was there was 1/4 tank of fuel at pickup, however there was a gas station nearby so it was not a problem.
