My driver could smell gas while driving. Got headaches from it. Was told to call Roadside Assistance. They told us gas tank had a hole in it. Rented truck for 72 hrs, did not use it for all that time. Returned the truck to a different location that we were told. We were very inconvenienced as we still needed to use truck for another load. Didnt exchange truck, as where had to pickup other load was closed. Fellow at drop off location said we wouldnt be charged for rental but still got charged $142 for the headaches and inconvience. Not satisfied at all.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location for the pick up was GREAT, I had no issues. The people who are in charge of scheduling suck. I wasn't notified that they changed the pick up location when I got to the store I was supposed to pick up from. The gentleman at the store showed me I didn't have a uhaul booked through that location. Upon calling customer service, I was told that the pick up location was changed on me. I was not notified. Screwed me over to getting the 20 foot unit I needed. Couldn't even get my stuff done in one load. I couldn't afford to drive it back and forth again because of the insane amount of 0.99 cents a KM. Won't be using Uhaul for truck rental again.
