The East Grand Forks location is great. Clean and organized. This location was 50 miles further away from where I made the original reservation. It was changed by UHaul too late for me to arrange another day for using the rental. The increased time and expense of the rental due to the changed location is the primary reason for the below average rating. The app is a hot mess. I had driven the extra hour for pickup only to learn I had to provide a photograph of my passport or of a lease or of an employer (I'm retired and it was a national holiday). The chat function and 800 # were ineffective at resolving.

ELIZABETH MThe location was closed when I returned the trailer and I used the app to check in. The app was terrible. It required 6 photos. I took about 50 photos of the equipment since the app would struggle to accept and save photos. The process should NOT take me 20 minutes especially when I was exhausted from working all day.
