There was nobody to take care of me at the location. It took 30 min before somebody arrived to help me. I did net get all of the blankets I needed and no cart. There were issues with the reservation. A tech from uhaul showed up and helped clear up the issues. His name was Wesley.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location was frustrating because the internet service was very spotty. I finally realized that I needed to walk to the porch of the store to have a strong enough connection to use the U Haul app. The incredible assistance from the ladies at the store was exactly what I needed! They were kind and helpful, and they made the whole experience work!!
JENNIFER KGuy had an attitude. His systems wasn't working and took forever to get key
Jerry BThe man was extremely rude. He complained the whole time about how difficult the process was, it took so much time, he was on a personal call and smoking a cigarette the whole time, failing to read the information on his phone to make the process easier. I didn’t feel secure putting my card information in on his phone. A POS system would have been better as well as someone who doesn’t mind doing their job without being rude or disrespectful.
Dreyan MKind and helpful workers but the cell service is so bad and the U-Haul app was a nightmare
