Communication: starting with U-Haul. Order Auto trailer nearly six weeks in advance of needed date. received E-mail from U-Haul that I would be contacted approx. 1 week prior to confirm location and details. DID NOT HAPPEN. Felt uncomfortable regarding communication. visited the origin location. they could not assist. Called three times to U-haul direct, four on Friday before requested Monday pickup. finally transferred 3 times to a communicating gentleman from another state who reported that I would likely have to drive 32 my distant from from my home city to secure necessary trailer. Called that dealer., informed that it was a 2" ball hitch. Arrived on Monday (62 added miles to trip) to an unmanned lot. spoke on phone to person who directed me out back in the weeds to retrieve trailer. hooked up and secured w/o supervision. Blessed that I also had a 2 5/16" ball.!! snapped five pix with mobile phone and forwarded to another mobile number. Departed. Unable to recommend unless other options exhausted prior.

Robin LI dropped off this trailer 2:30-3 in the afternoon. I couldn’t locate anyone to let the know, even though 2 automobiles were on site. Nothing against them but I expected the u-haul app to have a “dropped off” section to verify I had returned it. I did find a section on the app that looked like I could notify u-haul but the app just froze when I went to use that section. I took pics of it parked and the unit number in case I was questioned later about if I had returned it.
