I rent a furnisher dolly at 12:45Pm on Saturday and I had to return it the same day at 5pm just because this business closes at that time. It suppose that the rental is for 24 hours. Obviously I didn't finish my moving at that time so they charged me 2 days because they don't open on Sundays!Sandra S.

Vehicle was very dangerous to drive, specially on the busy highway. The steering had very bad play in it that kept sending me to the edge of my lane and had to constantly move the very loose steering to compensate. There was no one at the facility to talk to so we had no choice but to use the vehicle. It is in need a major repair. And feel like a credit should be issues for this vehicle being to dangerous to drive.DANIEL P.

This has been a very bad experience overall. I made a reservation online for a truck and several items. I even added my credit card number in order to reserve the truck. When my father arrived to pick up the truck, they made an entire new order. Nothing that I reserved was included. I spoke to the person in charge and she was nice enough to send me one of the items that I had reserved but did not receive. My father went back to pick up the item and we were not charged for it, which was nice of her. That's all that has been pleasant about this experience. After this my father was called to let him know that he would have to turn in the truck at 11 am sharp the following day, meaning that if we wanted to keep it for an extra day it was too bad. We finished moving promptly, so my father turned in the truck at 10:50 am the following day as instructed. When he looked at the bill that he had paid for, the amount was about $139, which was twice the amount that we were supposed to have paid. He went back to the store and only then did the person notice that we had been charged for an extra day. That means that we paid for two days but only used the truck one day. He was given a refund and then was charged again for the correct about which was about $79 and change. This is all okay, anyone can make a mistake. It's a good thing he noticed that the amount was incorrect. My problem is that there are now 3 charges in the bank and when I called the location to inquire why, I cannot get an answer or a guarantee that my money will be returned. I was told that I would have to wait until next Monday (7 days) in order to get a response or call the 800 number which may also not be open due to holiday hours. It's great that you close your office for the holidays in order to spend time with your families, but it's not okay to not be able to provide a response regarding a large amount of money that's being held by the bank because of your mistake. In addition to the stress of moving, it has been an ordeal renting from here.Tobio Nicholas E.

Computer system kept adding insurance that I didn't need or want. Even when the agent had support on the phone the system kept adding a $70 insurance charge. Eventually the agent who seemed very capable was able to get around the glitch.Michael K.
