There was a lot of run around to pick up the vehicle. We wasted a couple of hours waiting on a response from management. The process was very unorganized. Dealing with the online registration was a hassle, until two very helpful ladies stepped in when I called the 800 number. Ms. Dessii and Ms. Kim, thanks ladies. They went above and beyond to make our experience better. Again, as for the location, you've got to do better. Please be more accessible, have vehicles ready to go with the keys on-site.
