I rented online and everything was clear to understand and easy to do. The employee at the location, a gentlemen, was very helpful and explained the after-hours drop off, which was easy and convenient. This place was the third farthest U-Haul location from me, but I chose it over the closer ones because the customer service was phenomenal! Melvin was very hospitable, and helpful. Would absolutely recommend this UHaul location.

Very frustrated. There was a HUGE piece of some sort of equipment being stored in the back of the van. We had to make two trips to move our furniture as a result. There was hair on the back of the driver's seat and the interior didn't look especially clean. We would have expressed our frustration about this when we dropped off, but there was no one there.

The location of 1415 N College Avenue Ste 4 Fort Collins 80524 has a RUDE employee. I am about to tow and rent from them and am having assistance in doing so from a friend. This employee completely condescended me, was very derogatory toward me and at one point said “ I am going to hang up on you.†He kept insisting the friend who is helping me call him instead because he didn't want to go over my questions that I had about the renting. I feel this is mysogonistic behavior and NOT what I've ever received from uhaul in the past. Thankfully, there is another location in Fort Collins where the employee answered all my questions and was super kind. I'm glad she was available.

the office was in the back of a used car dealership with cars and trailers crowded together and nearly inaccessible for my truck. The attendants were helpful and did their job.

Super friendly staff. 16' truck was just right and easy to drive. Facility had all the extras we needed and hadn't thought of in advance; ie tie down rope, mattress covers, etc.

My move date was moved up by a day and the trailer was not available until the next day. I asked to check around and see if another 5x8 trailer was available land in order to do that the associate helping me said I would lose my place in line. That doesn't make sense if your just checking inventory at other locations to pull me out of line. So after asking the associate created a new reservation without canceling my old one and found a trailer for my time period. I'm thankful for the help but I think the operations could be improved.

Mel, the gentleman in charge at this location, is incredibly honest, down-to-earth, patient, and excellent at communicating. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing to move. He treated my wife and me with the utmost respect when we asked for help, he answered all of our questions related to moving, and he is always accessible by phone.
