I was very disappointed to find out that U-Haul does not have any military discount applied. I think that it is very important for companies to support the military and I believe that it is good for business. Other then that I was satisfied.

I am complete DISGUSTED with U-HAUL. I received confirmation for an open top trailer to pick up at Express Tire in Russellville (039458) only to find it was rented to someone else about 20 minutes before my arrival. Then you IDIOTS send me contract #28762838...NOT ME. Was told to get same type trailer at Old Bank Gun & Pawn in Dardanelle (047231). This is about the 5th time in two years I've rented a trailer from U-HAUL and each time there's been some sort of screw up. I have no use for U-HAUL. You need competition to make you either straighten up your act or go out of business.

Nothing that affected me in picking up the U-Haul truck, but I think security is terrible concerning where the key was located. Upon my arrival and calling the 1-800 number, the individual completed my transaction and then proceeded to tell me where the key to the truck was located. To my surprise, she told me to open the passenger door (which was not locked) and told me the key was under the passenger seat. The key was there but that has to be the worst security of your U-Haul truck I have ever heard of. Anyone could have gotten into the truck with it being unlocked and either could have damaged the inside of the truck, or could have found the key and stole the truck. I would suggest better security!
