I asked to return the trailer to Decatur because there is a UHaul service center there. The system assigned a location in Hartselle that was not manned and they did not answer the phone, When I arrived in Decatur the next morning, I was asked to take it up the street to another location. I dropped it there. Had I not called UHaul, I would have been charged for being late and at the wrong location because the paperwork was not processed before my deadline. Might be a good idea to warn customers that this could happen.Randall F.
The actual experience was good. My only negative is all the â€œoptionsâ€ I have to answer before I can finalize my reservation. I don't want to have to answer questions about help, storage, supplies, etc. Make that an option for people to scroll through if they want extra services.Bobby B.
