No personnel in sight. Luckily I had downloaded the app and returned my trailer thru it.
William HHad a great experience at Nomad Storage. John was very helpful when I showed up to rent a trailer. Upon returning the trailer, my son and I could not lift the hitch off the ball. Aaron came over with a hitch jack and easily unhitched the trailer from my SUV. Will definitely use them again.
TED BClean out uhaul it was filthy Know your procedure he ask what time we would drop off we said noon. The paperwork was wrong uhaul charged extra 58 dollars because the guy TOLD US wrong.
RANDALL BThe owner/operator at Nomad storage in Daleville, AL went above and beyond to help me with my rental. When the U-Haul website cxld my order, I tried to work thru the phone app with no luck. I called U-Haul customer service. The lady I spoke with had no idea why my reservation had been cxld. She was of no help whatsoever. I messaged Nomad Storage and he met me at the facility. He then straightened my order out and got me on my way. Highly recommend Nomad Storage for your U-Haul rental needs. Hey Corporate U-Haul, you need to fix your phone-in customer service, because it is lousy!
