David WWe rented a trailer and then found that the trailer was too big so we exchanged it for a smaller trailer. The process to exchange the trailer was so easy and the employee was so helpful and friendly. It was really a pleasant experience all around. The same for when I returned the trailer - so easy and the same employee was again so helpful and friendly. If I ever need to rent a U-HAUL, I will definitely use this location again.
