It was a dirt parking lot in not the best area of town. The door was locked at 4pm even though my drop off time was 5pm, there were people there having a party. I dropped the keys in the drop box, no one came out to help despite making eye contact with people inside.

After I pick up the U-Haul in crestview and started driving to miami and 30 minutes on the road the U-Haul put a sign low oil in the engine. I spoke with several people from U-Haul while driving. They recommended to check the oil level so I did a U turn and when to a city call defuniak springs in there a pay 128.39 dollars with my own money from an oil change for the oil. There was almost no oil in the U haul. They said that was not safe for U-Haul to rent a car to a customer with minimum oil on the disk. I am calling today U-Haul so that they can return my money that that pay for the oil. This is my first time renting a U-Haul I for sure I would not recommended to anyone one. Not safety to customers before renting the U-Haul plus the customers have to delay the trip home for something that U-Haul should check before renting out. It also took several call for me while driving to get someone from U-Haul saying that they will cover the cost of the oil change. I am still waiting for the money I paid.
