How U-Haul Reviews WorkClearer instructions for parking.
Brent WThere was no signage for drop off. The app said the front of the store, but some random lady came over as I was taking pictures during drop off to tell me that the drop off is in the back. I had been around the back of the building but there was no real clear point of drop off. It made the process more complicated than it needed to be.
Tobin Wdifficult to find, needs more signs, couldn't get the lockbox open without forcing it.
Heather LExcellent support from the location after the app did not allow for before hours check-in.
