The Shell station was easy to find and the Shell staff was helpful BUT Shell Station is not part of Uhaul. Shell station staff showed me where to park the truck, but parking was small and limited for a 15’ box truck. Required use of Uhaul App to return the truck as no uhaul staff on site and key Dropbox.
Barbara Cthe gentleman that called to help me return my one way truck was amazing in guiding me to a return location and helping me get the truck turned in on time. But the location was the back of a gas station and the people inside had no idea what I was doing there or talking about when I asked for assistance on where to put the truck
Warren LIt took nearly an hour or arguing with the staff at the location to get my truck. They were insistent that I needed to do everything through the app when there was no way for me to get the keys to the truck. After two calls to customer service, they finally got the keys out of the lockbox. I definitely will never go back here again.
Shawn SI have booked U-haul near to my home but it got cancelled and offered Uhaul in another location i was told 0.39$ only per mile but 0.69 was charged second there was a $50 reservation gurantee that is also not paid to me I am not happy about these
