The location and vehicle were fine, but the owner added SafeTrip without my consent after I had initially declined it. I asked him to remove the cost once I noticed it on my receipt and he tried to talk me out of it then decided to not remove it. It added an unnecessary level of frustration to an already stressful moving day.

All good. Second time I’ve rented from this location. Everything done (check in-check out) done by my cell phone. Owner/Mgr communicates through texts. Truck in good shape. I would rent from here again.

Owner came on a Sunday within 10 mins when they were close to help us check out because we had dificulty with the self service. return is very easy. he even adjusted the bill for us when we found out there was something wrong with the automatic uhaul system. RYAN WMichael was so awesome. The truck I rented had a fuse that blew and he went to Napa and got one for me so I didn’t have to unhook the trailer I was renting and got me an extra one just in case. He also recommend I check the oil on the truck just in case. I would definitely recommend this location.
