Easy to pickup. Had to keep an extra day but that wasn't a problem. Friendly, helpful. Second time using and not that I ever, ever plan to move again, this is where I would go for my uhaul!

WILLIAM MNasty person. Was not helpful. Was walking out the door. " I'm off the clock!" Your original drop off place was (Murrels Inlet) 15 to 20 miles from our location. We usually (4 weeks in a row) dropped off at Car City, Conway.

JAMES HU-Haul as a company is not keeping reservations for clients. Your agents - like the one at Bumper-to-Bumper - are going above and beyond to keep the clients provided for. I had to wait 5 hours - lost time for moving on a day when the weather was changing - valuable time - for a van that did not materialize. The agent @ Bumper-to-Bumper found this one and booked it quickly for me and I went and got it. The fact that I got it just as the rain started was amazing but that was better than waiting any longer. If you want to keep the business from people who don't want to drive a truck - you need more vans in the fleet and you need to be more strict on business rentals. Return them when your rental is up.
