Site was closed. I called and got a friendly rep. Dropped trailer with no problems. Good site with enough turning room. Probably use it again.

ensure equipment is clean when returned. the trailer had not been returned during open hours and it had been raining. Agent cleaned it before I took it. Will use this location again

Was promise numerous times that the vehicle would be able to be picked up at 7:30 a.m. and arrived no one showed up until 8 o'clock and they were there 30 minutes early very very very dissatisfied. Tried to call number listed on building with no answer. Call number in Little Rock to complain and they told me I could drive across town to get another locarion, told them that was not acceptable. When the person finally arrived to do my rental the person on the phone had change my reservations to a different store and to a different more expensive truck.

I had rented a 15 ft but it wasn't available because of a scheduling issue. Heart of Arkansas was great at getting us a 10 ft instead. My only complaint was that my rental costed more than I thought because we had to make more than one trip because of the smaller truck. So therefore I paid more in mileage.
