The right turn signal on the van did not work. I did not notice it until I was half way to Atlanta. Once I saw it, I could then make sure I compensated for the lack of a right signal. Lisa, the woman who checked me out was so organized, speedy and friendly, I was amazed. She had to deal with about 4 other customers at the same time I was being checked it, but she managed to multitask and keep all the balls in the air and was able to take care of everyone of us.Gerald G.

First of all, our reservation was for 10am. Second, the location was not open. As in out of business. Then I tried for 2 hours to call the 800 number and got nobody. Then the reservation was changed to another location and to 330pm. Noone told us. I found out accidentally through an email I ran across. The truck was dirty. They are trying to charge another 50.00 for what reason I have no idea. Worst experience I ever had with this company!!! Also, the question of the charges isn't settled.DAVID R.

This Uhaul company Columbus Airport Thurway charged me over $300 dollars for mileage from one apartment to another apartment which is miles from each other in Columbus and insinuated that I travel 300 miles between 11am pickup and before 5pm.Ventria R.
Customer service was great at this location. We had reservations but no one called us. I did revive an email but no one called us. When I called customer service never did talk to anyone waited 45 minutes on the phone once tried later same thing. I went to on line chat, it took 20 minutes for this person then a message came up reviewing your question then I was cut off.RANDY D.

A lot. When you call it takes forever to be able to speak to a live person and when you do they put you on hold for ever. I rented a 26' ft truck with appliance dolly two furniture dollies and blankets, get there and told they did not have a truck period nor appliance dolly. That I received a message about this but I did not. Went to leave them told they have a 20'ft truck so I excepted that truck. It had body damage, the check engine light was on, manager stated that he was aware of the light and it was fine go ahead. The truck ran like a hot mess and skipping. Called and asked to extend rental for another day in which I was told I had that option but was told immediately NO you cannot do that the truck has been rented for the next day. Returned the truck to same location then they tried to charge me for 140 miles when I only drove a total of 43 miles local move. I was told the odometer doesn't lie then I lost it. It took them over an hour to get the mileage corrected. So not being able to keep that truck so I could continue to move, I called another U-Haul made reservations for another truck again did not get anything saying that a truck was not available. Get to the next location and was told I didn't have a reservation, shied the associate that I did make the rest and was then told they didn't have any trucks and to call the 800 number to speak to a scheduling associate to find a truck. While doing that 2 guys walk in and state they have a reservation for 11:00 they complete their paperwork and they drive off with a 26' ft truck. Needless to say I was upset that I was just told there were no trucks available. So I would up barrow if to trailers from friends to complete my move. In which I am doing at this very moment. So to say that I would use or rent from U-Haul again would be a complete big NO. You have lost any of my business and respect. The big issue is that they way people are treated and talked to now days is so sad. If I should ever need to move again I will use Another rental place period.
