U haul called and changed my drop off location and we had numerous issues doing that. First issue, my original drop off was right across the street from the hotel we stayed in, that's why I chose it. Second the new location didn't even open up at 9:00 so it was impossible to meet my scheduled drop off time. Third it was about 4 miles away so instead of using the hotel shuttle to get to the airport after I had to pay $15.00 for an Uber. Fourth, because the location didn't open at 9:00 and no one answered the phone when I called I was charged an extra day, for your convenience by changing my preference on drop off location. Lastly I expect a refund of both the extra day I was charged and reimbursement of the extra expenses, $15.00, I would not have had to spend if I could have dropped off at my originally requested location.
