It was a scary location even during the day. At night the key drop off was at some drive-through beverage location, which look like haunted House or Halloween movie location. The guy was nice and professional and handled the transaction very well, but the location was leaving a lot to be desired. The truck itself was way overdue for extensive maintenance. I am a mechanic by trade, and I was having second thoughts about driving the truck, but I kept on local roads and didn’t take it on the highway. It had a really bad exhaust leak and the brakes were pulsating.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLoved everything about the service and the truck was very clean.
termaine yTruck was extremely Dirty, could barely see out the front window. Inside was filthy.
Velma RHad a truck for me when everybody else was out of trucks
adraeon GThe truck was not road safe. Could adjust the mirrors, one was actually glued into place. The steering was sloppy at best and the exhaust was just about shot
