I rented this U-Haul in Ohio with mileage fees and taxes came to about $2200. The truck itself was clean however the air-conditioning was malfunctioning could not have it on and drive on the freeway for long periods of time without resistance and uncomfortable feeling coming from the engine drove better with the AC off what’s driving towards Texas from Ohio it became unseasonably, hot, uncomfortable, and downright gross between the heat from outside the AC not on and the heat from the engine. This particular truck has a whistle that is beyond annoying and obnoxious and had to listen to it for my whole 18 Hour Drive so I had to turn the music way above what I’m comfortable, listening to it at to drown out the sound missing all my phone calls and messages during my journey. Next time I think I should just hire a moving company if I’m gonna go through that to move myself anyway.
