Location was great, easy to find - have no clue why people say they can't find a tractor equipment store when there is equipment all over the place and you can see Uhaul trucks! I had great difficulty w/AP - it did not like my emergency contact - said it was already used - it was not - finally I check boxes and read policies and my phone froze - after rebooting multiple times it continued to freeze on this page - I could never pay. I gave up. Fortunately a grounds worker (before hours) told us to take the truck that the keys were in it. Otherwise the hourly workers would have been doing nothing while I was left paying them! During the chaos of loading I had to call and pay for the uhaul which was S L O W to do, adding more stress.
