Had a $50 guarantee, but on my way there, I called and he said he would be an hour or so, he had to go somewhere. No $50.

DAVID C.I think it's absolutely ridiculous that I had to return here. I was moving items to Pryor, OK which has several Uhaul rental locations but your system wouldn't allow me to return there and made me go to the next town over. Even the lady who got me set up at my pick up location tried to adjust it so I could actually drop the truck off where I was going and couldn't do it. Dumb that I have to pay for extra gas/miles when there were multiple locations in Pryor.
