Make a company that wants to be in the UHaul rental business be open to the public to go in and rent, pay and pickup the truck. I spent 2 hours on my brother's phone plus my phone trying to just get the code to the lock box that the keys were in. I kept getting kicked back to the same place on the website plus not to mention getting passed around to every person on the planet that would end up telling me that they just couldn't help me. This truck share or whatever in the world it is called website is a JOKE!!! I will NEVER make this mistake again!!!!! Beware people: it's not worth renting if the business isn't going to be open when you go to pick up your truck.Jaquita W.

From beginning to end - horrible. When it came time to pick up the truck - you kept changing my email address to an OLD email even tho I entered the new one when I chose the UHaul. I was there to pick up at 8:00 am and didn't get into the truck until 9:30. NOT acceptable. You need to give me a discount on all the trouble and then on top, I had to send pics of my id and myself. When I was having all this trouble and on hold with UHaul for over 30 mins I called the 31 West Auto phone number and he said he has nothing to do with it, I had to call UHaul. I had used you in Jan and paid over $800. everything was great. For this I'm not sure about you any more. The only bright spot was Sam, she was the agent who finally got me in the truck. I had a terrible experience when picking up the truck. The app hung up repeatedly and it took over an hour to get through the process. I had to call the help line and start over after getting to the last step of the pick up process. The app continually froze and wouldn't allow me to input the information required. Just to clarify, I have a $1,000 Samsung Galaxy phone and have AT&T with a 4GE 5 bar signal.Edward T.

Didn't have any major problems except, the person renting us the uhual emailed the contract to me but we couldn't get the contract to show. We attempted to call the man who rented us the uhual but no one every got in touch with us.Maria P.
I got the 6 by 12 trailer for a good price of only $29 a day but unfortunately when I was taking it to Cedar Park Texas they wanted to charge me $115 drop-off fee. Therefore I elected to bring the trailer back to my location in Chandler. I feel the drop off charges should be waivedlester C.

We had problems which U-Haul made right but this location messed up which started a series of problems that plagued us for more than 2 days. Picking my truck up was the beginning of our worst moving experience ever. My wife reserved a truck, car hauling trailer and 48 blankets on 5/17. We were moving about 350 miles and picking the truck up on 5/30. The reservation said that we would need to return the truck by 6/2. She called this location and asked what that meant. He told her that we could return it any time on 6/2. Wrong - the correct answer was 72 hours after the scheduled pick up time. We scheduled pick up at 8:00 and movers at 9:00 but he called me and pickup ended up being 8:30 and it took over 30 minutes to get out even thought I was the only customer. This made me late for the movers. Even worse, the U-Haul store only had 12 of the 48 blankets we needed. So, my wife unpacked blankets, towels, table cloths, bathmats, exercise and camping mats. The loaders did what they could but had to leave for another engagement before they could finish due to the late start and waiting for blanket substitutes. The remaining 36 blankets arrived as the movers were heading to their car. I'm disabled and my wife has scoliosis and arthritis in her spine but we eventually got everything loaded but not packed well. So we drove to Princeton where our son, son in law and a friend repacked most of the truck. The car trailer lights worked unpredictably but at least my wife was following me so others weren't baffled by my signals.COREY E.

I don't know who this person is or why this location continues to send me emails about their clients. Don't get me wrong, I love learning about the U-haul needs of people I've never met, and being given access to their orders, which I don't use, but honestly this is wildly unprofessional. By the way, these customers don't have names similar to mine, so the error in assigning email addresses must either be idiotic staff or a terribly crappy system. Does Uhaul realize I could cancel these orders if I wanted too? Anyway, I'm hoping this review will get my email address deleted from their system considering I've never been to Chandler, TX, but I doubt it. Do not recommend, they will give your contract information to strangers.Jeffrey B.
Trailer was damaged when picked up the tail light was taped up. After driving out of state was pulled over. For taillight not being visable got it back into place and retapped when arrived at destiation light was again out of socket.Thomas P.

The check in app did NOT work and it delayed me getting my truck. It was a hassle. The on call owner did not answer either. U-Haul is the only business here for moves so I will use them again if I have to move but not by choice. SUPER EXPENSIVE!!! Kind of ridiculousMichelle H.
Robert charged me a $20 clean up fee when I dropped off the truck to this location. I have rented with uhaul hundreds of times over the last 10 years and this the first time I have gotten this type of charge. For the record, I called and tried to get clarification on why I was charged the fee and he said there was dirt and leaves in it. I told him we spent 10 minutes cleaning this truck out before we left and asked him to remove the charge. He bluntly said no way and that he should have charged me the full $25 clean out fee. This is an unfair charge and its obvious he could honestly care less. Luckily, I called 1-800 Uhaul and they credited the $20 amount back to my checking account.JUSTIN B.
