The business at which we picked up was not the issue... they communicated well and were very helpful! Uhaul itself was the issue and we are very disappointed in the way in which our reservation was handled. We reserved an enclosed trailer a few weeks in advance to pick up rented chairs and tables for my daughter's wedding reception. They called us two days before and told us that it was not available in our chosen location, so we agreed to pick it up elsewhere. The day before the wedding (!!!), they called again and told us that there were no enclosed trailers available anywhere in the area and that they could replace it with a 15ft truck. I made it clear that I could not afford to pay more than we had arranged to pay for the trailer and she said she could change the mileage to account for that (we did tell her exactly how many miles we would be traveling). I got the bill and it was well over the price of the trailer (and we did only go the mileage we had discussed). I will be using a different rental service from now on.
