Industrial area. No actual parking lot. No person. No answer to the "help" line which we called several times over the two day period. No way to secure the trailer we rented. Thank fully no one took it before our account was credited.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt’s a drop off in a warehouse area. It was not clean nor well maintained, but since I was just dropping off a trailer, it didn’t really matter.

Al GReservation was made for the carson city location. The night before pick up i was informed it was moved to moundhouse. When I arrived the address provided was a filthy industrial warehouse. I knocked on the door with no answer. I opened the door to the warehouse and wondered around for several minutes before I found a gentleman in the back who was working on an old set of car brakes. He told me the lady that runs the uhaul portion was "around here somewhere" after approximately 10 minutes of standing around the filthy warehouse the "uhaul lady" appeared out of the back. She stood there smoking a cigarette inside and ignored me completely even after explaining i was there to pick up a trailer. She finally acknowledged me and walked me to the rental unit. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. NEVER AGAIN will I rent a uhaul. Highly dont recommend this place.
