I have rented from this location several times and the service is always exceptional. When I went to pick up the rental, the gentleman working was taking his time to explain a rental to a woman with whom there was a significant language barrier - he was very patient and professional and resolved her confusion; I was very impressed.

After I left I noticed ashes in the ash tray and a unclean steering wheel. Did not think anything of it until I was charged a $25 cleaning fee with no explaination when I return the U-Haul at my destination

We blew a left rear tire on trailer. We had to wait 4 hour’s before help came. The steering was lose.

Picked the rental up with just under 1/4 tank. Returned with 1/4 tank but had to park on a street with an incline because the parking lot was packed full. Then got charged $30 because they said it only had 1/8 of a tank. They obviously don’t know how physics works.
